Firepit Patio Rental Details

The patio is a fully outdoor area located between Kindred’s East side and Vern’s Tavern, directly adjacent to Indian Creek. 

  • Accommodates up to 60 guests standing, or up to 50 guests seated depending on the layout
  • In case of inclement weather, the patio rental does not include a back-up indoor option
  • Entry to the deck is wheelchair accessible

Rental includes:

  • Tables and chairs to seat approximately 50 guests, as well as food tables
  • A Kindred team member to serve beverages and make sure that you have an awesome time

Since the patio is open to the public on a daily basis, we have set time frames for when it can be rented for private events.

FAQs

Deposit

To secure the date of your event, we require a deposit of 25% of the estimated cost. This can be paid online through the event contract that will be sent over upon initial planning.

Wine Minimum

The wine purchase minimum can be fulfilled either through a single hosted tab or individual purchases during the event. If the minimum isn’t reached, the remaining balance will be made up by selling you unopened bottles of wine to take home.

Catering

We invite the use of outside catering and are happy to recommend trusted partners. If you’d like us to provide food, we’re happy to discuss options further. All food served at events must come from a licensed kitchen.

Beverage Options

Event clients are welcome to choose which Kindred wines will be served. We recommend finalizing selections 1–2 weeks before the event, as our wine list changes regularly. In addition to wine, we offer beer, cider, San Pellegrino, and sparkling water. Complimentary water is always available for guests.

Event Timing

Each event booking includes one hour of event setup at no extra charge. Caldwell has a strict 10pm noise ordinance, so all winery events must end by 10pm.
